Residing in Northern California, I currently assist with behavior analysis and modification of students with special needs in the K-12 system, hold a head coaching position with a high school girls basketball program in Sacramento, and the owner & founder of KNB Sport Performance LLC.

 

As a Mental Performance Coach, I provide mental wellness and performance enhancement training to athletes and performers, both virtually and in-person. KNB Sport Performance LLC was founded in 2022 and is helping combat the stigma against mental health, while introducing the field of sport psychology to younger generations.

 

Mental health is an extremely prevalent issue and can negatively impact an individual's everyday functioning. Advocating for underserved or underrepresented populations has been at the heart of my career and will continue to expand the resources available for my community at large. 

 

In my spare time, you can find me watching NBA, WNBA, or NFL games, exploring new eateries in the greater Sacramento area, completing paint by numbers, or planning my upcoming wedding in 2025!
